Hello Distribution and Retail partners,
We’re here with an update on Divine Champions: Snowshade. Due to logistical challenges, we need to push back the Prerelease and release dates of our next expansion by two weeks. The new Prerelease Event date will be Friday, October 9th, and the new release date will be Friday, October 16th.
We know this shift affects your in-store planning and any Snowshade Prerelease Events you’ve already scheduled and promoted to your players. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We’d rather provide timing adjustments now than cause a larger disruption closer to your previously planned events.
Here are the details you need to be aware of:

Distributors - As soon as you receive your shipments of Snowshade, please fulfill immediately to your retail customers. Our highest priority is ensuring that all stores have their Prerelease Event product in time for their events beginning Friday, October 9th.

Local Game Stores - If you have scheduled a Prerelease Event, please update your event to any time between Friday, October 9th and Sunday, October 18th. You may pick any date in this range for an official Prerelease Event. Note: There is no need to delete your event and make a new one. Please change the date on your current event to avoid listing cancelled events.

Please ensure that you have an event scheduled in the system by end of day on Sunday, September 13th. We will use this information to prioritize your shipment of Promo Cards and Tournament Packs.

As we get closer to the event, we’ll send out updated event flyers with new information and art to ensure your players are aware of the new date and time.

If the delay in new Tournament Packs would cause your store to run out of your current supply of Organized Play 5 packs, please reach out to us directly at lgs@elestrals.com. If you can make it to your Snowshade Prerelease without another box of OP5 packs, you may switch over to OP6 packs when you do your Prerelease.

Online Orders - To align with our shift in strategy for ShopElestrals.com, Retailers are able to begin online fulfillment at the start of Prerelease on Friday, October 9th. If your store is not hosting a Prerelease and not fulfilling online orders, you may not distribute Snowshade until the official release on October 16th.
